6. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall Yaldaz Corner be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yaldaz Corner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of our website or your violation of these terms of use.

8. Changes to Terms of Use
   We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of use.

9. Governing Law
   These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Reservations
   To secure your reservation, we will contact you 7-10 days prior to your booking. During this call, we will explain further details about the experience, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through the confirmation process. We kindly ask for a 50% deposit of the total amount during this call to confirm your reservation via Zelle or Venmo. By making a reservation, you confirm that you and your guests accept the Terms of Use and Release of Liability. If you or any member of your group do not agree, you must cancel the reservation prior to attending, subject to the cancellation policy.
10. The Experience
    The table is yours for 2 hours after the time of your reservation (any specific table is not guaranteed). Your table will be held for up to 15 minutes after your reservation time. 20% Service Fee will be automatically added to the final bill.
11. The Food : 
    Please note that we are not a restaurant. All our delightful dishes are crafted in the esteemed Yaldaz Corner kitchen facility, an approved shared kitchen facility. Your chosen delicacies will be expertly delivered to your table right here in our welcoming space.
12. Cancellation : 
    Private Events: You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the reservation date and receive a full refund.
    Weekday Reservations:  You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your booking time and receive a full refund.
    Weekend Reservations: Please note cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your reservation to qualify for a full refund.
    Please be aware that in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours for weekdays and less than 72 hours for weekend reservations), a fee of $60 USD per person will be charged for Lunch/Dinner reservations, and $45 USD per person for Breakfast reservations.
